“Events” touches thoughts on death and tells about the moment of transformation. An event of death shouldn't be perceived as the end, but as a moment of a transition into another form - material or immaterial. A German word "nachleben" ("further life", "afterlife") describes it in the best way. "Nachleben" expresses the continuation of life or the transition to another stage, without the meaning of death being perceived as severance or the end. To illustrate it, I've used archival photographs which I've transformed by using different techniques such as collage, sewing or living plants.
